On May 3, 2025, the Emily Krzyzewski Center hosted its 14th annual Mother’s Day Ball at the elegant Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club in Durham, North Carolina. The 2025 Ball featured a silent auction with exclusive items such as golf outings, jewelry, DPAC tickets, sports memorabilia, and more, with proceeds benefiting the Center’s programs. This cherished event honors the pivotal role of family and community in shaping the lives of young people, inspired by Coach Mike Krzyzewski’s deep admiration for his mother, Emily. The evening brought together over 400 community leaders and supporters to celebrate and support the Center’s mission of empowering students from first grade through college.
As the photographer and videographer for the event, I had the privilege of capturing the elegance and spirit of the evening. The photographs and videos showcase the vibrant atmosphere, heartfelt moments, and the strong sense of community that defines the Emily K Center’s mission.
